1. How do I place an order?

We accept orders in accordance with our price list. To place an order with us check our Catalog (link to catalog) and mail us a list of Products you want to order.

  • Shipping Address
  • Pin code
  • product name
  • Product Number
  • Quantity of each Item
Adding this information will help us to keep the delivery schedule on time.

2. What is the pricing of the Products ordered?

Prices quoted against each product on F.O.B basis (excluding sea freight / air freight, insurance etc.…) offered prices are subjected to change without prior notice or information.
However please always try to send us the list of your required products, we will send you the best possible competitive price every time as per your required quantity and products.

3. How is the payment to be made?

To ensure faster delivery and easy processing we take 100% full payment in advance.
In view of exchange control regulation, all shipping documents have to be routed through banking channels. As such all-shipping documents will be forwarded to overseas customer's bank account for collection of payment.

4. How much Time does it take for the order to get processed and delivered?

The time for the order processing and delivery depends from order to order. However, we take utmost care while processing an order and pride ourselves in our fast deliveries.
All goods are shipped upon receiving a confirmed order. Sea freight is best for vices and other heavy items with a transit time of 30-40 days.
Air shipment is made within 20-25 days.

5. How is the Packaging Done for the delivery?

All Items are packed in plain poly bags for the delivery. However, this can be changed as per your request and specifications at reasonable extra charge.

6. What are the documents provided after the purchase?

We generally provide GSP Form (certificate of Origin) with all consignment where applicable.We also provide Animal Quarantine Health Certificate, Fumigation for Feather shipment.
In case, you require any other special document, prior information is necessary while placing the order.
